Music Class Blouse pattern from Oliver + S size 5. Fabric is Denise Schmidt Hope Valley. As you can see, there are no buttons on it. I made this months ago and it's just been hanging, waiting for buttons but I'm not sure I even like the shirt so why waste time with buttons? I probably won't even put it on the girls. It's just not that cute. Maybe it just needs the buttons and a good press to the seams or maybe it's just the wrong fabric? Or I have it paired with the wrong thing? Anyway, it would be good made from a white fabric for her school uniform. The shirt has everything I love (except gathered cap sleeves) pin tucks & a peter pan collar so
I should love it!
ohhh, I know, I should have a giveaway! Can I do that with clothing made from Oliver + S patterns? I'm not selling it.. so I should be able to, right? I just checked to see what number post I'm on and this will be #446. I thought maybe I could wait till post 500 but who knows when that will be?? What do you think?

I've seen the pattern, but never one made and I LOVE IT!!! I MUST HAVE THIS PATTERN! If you're planning a giveaway, I'm so there. I wish they made the pattern in adult size...
solution: just give it to me. it's exactly my daughter's size, I love it, and it would save you from having to do a pesky giveaway. nobody likes those anyway. and this way you get it off your hands immediately, instead of in 54 posts from now. Done. You're welcome.
Wow, I absolutely LOVE this! I think the fabric is perfect!!! Isn't it funny how differently people can see the same item? I am all over this if there's a giveaway- I was going to offer to buy it!
i for one think it's adorable and you should just go for it! they grow so fast ... put them buttons on and go for it. to me it looks like the perfect day in the sandbox shirt :)
The pattern is cute, the sewing is perfect, the fabric is lovely. I'm afraid it's not the shirt's problem.....
Sounds like you have a lot of takers if you give it away!!
This shirt is sooooo cute! And it looks like something you would love. Are you coming down with something????? But, whatever the reason I would be happy to be in a giveaway for it!
I don't know I LOVE the pattern/style and can't wait to see the white version but I am with you I'm not loving the fabric. Everyone else loves it though so totally disregard me...
Well, I will be honest. I nearly always love what you make and I saw this shirt and did not love it. I wasn't going to comment because I didn't have anything nice to say (except Emily is perfect) but then saw that you don't really love it either. So I though "whew" now I can say :) LY and miss you. JennyBean...PS do a give away.
I think it is lovely, but if you really don't like it, I'll have it... with or without buttons! x.
