This paper pumpkin project was so easy and perfect for Emily to help with.
I think they would make great thanksgiving gifts like as a
thank you-for inviting-us-to-you-house-for-thanksgiving present.
Made by the kids of course. Notice the garland? And the felted pumpkin/gourd?
The above craft is from here.
Emily colored everything and did most of the cutting herself.
Frank never gets air time so I thought I'd post a picture of him lounging on a baby doll.

Oh, that pumpkin is cute! What a great idea!!
How is Frank doing with the soft paws?? Have you been able to get replacement caps on him?
I saw those pumpkins in a magazine or somewhere and thought they were really cool. Thanks for the tutorial link! I didn't remember that felted gourd. That's pretty cool!
I think all three of the children did a project like that in either kindergarten or first grade. They are fun AND educational. The picture of frank makes me wonder if Piggy is doing better still.
LOVE YOUR HEADER!!!
The kids and I used to do projects like that all the time. Hours of fun and they were always so proud.
I was just looking at your garland tutorial yesterday, trying to figure out if I had time to make it for Thanksgiving.... If I stop sleeping I might. Nice gourd ;-)
