Frida Kahlo when she was a little girl...
About a year or so ago, I found some pictures from a Frida Kahlo tribute photo shoot. I saved the photos and said I'd one day do the same thing with Emily. Well I finally made myself do it!
I found some photos here and here in case you don't know who she is or don't remember what she looked like.
I used some eyebrow shadow to make a uni brow and stretched some teal cotton around foam core for the background. I'm super excited with how they came out!! When I edit some of the other's I'll post them but I didn't have her vary much in her pose so they kind of all look the same. I'm thinking of having it printed on canvas and then famed with a big gold tacky frame.

Oh man, I love it! You did such a great job with this. I definitely want to see more.
I really like it. Also, I didn't even notice the unibrow until I read what you wrote...too cute. She looks so sad though. :( I know she was supposed to though.
Emily is beautiful and the portrait idea is interesting. The colors are fantastic.
Jennifer....... I'm speechless. Yes, I know who Frida is and I am sooooo in love with this photo! OMG. It's perfect. I loved the movie about her. So beautiful, and traumatic, and artistic. This is a lovely tribute to her and you did a great job with the posing, the texture, the editing, the flowers........ I love it! Oh, and her hair is in braids... this is so nice!
Next do girl with a pearl earring! I always wanted to do a self {photo} portrait of that one cuz I have those same puffy eyes when I don't put cream on them! LOL! :)
Ok the lady is down right creepy. I know nothing about her though so maybe if i did she wouldn't be. (I did google her though so I guess I now know something)
Emily is GORGEOUS though I did that photo... though unibrows creep me out majorly...
