Giant clothes pin

*the pictures shows both sides of the clothes pin and then the close-up
A giant clothes pin I decoupaged with Sassafras Lass robot paper. I used Mod Podge and iridescent white paint. I've been wanting to do this forever! Finally I can say I did and move on to the next thing:) It would be cute in a boys room I think holding either a picture or maybe a reminder for chores, etc. I had wanted to do it in Christmas paper to hold cards but never got around to it. It would also be cute holding a baby announcement and some kind of coordinating paper decoupaged on it.

And here is my new shelf in my sewing area! If you check my work blog you'll see the picture that's on the box and it's so much neater and prettier than what I have done with it (so far). I need to go to Ikea and get lots of containers..until then it looks bland..
The pink fawn is from here and the turtle is made by this wonderful person who is having a giveaway..by the way:). I made the Wednesday doll and the girl in the photo is my niece, Bird. There is a little wooden sewing machine table that my step-mom got me in Mexico I think. It's just like an old Singer sewing table where the machine folds down in to the inside. The shelves aren't tall enough for me to display it open.

I like the robots on that clothespin! Very cute. And the shelf looks so nice!!! I love that little Singer table. How cute! You should photograph it open and do some kind of spot on vintage sewing stuff or something...

There sits my poor clothes pin, unfinished and serious jealous.....

The shelf is great! Love your stuff on it! Makes me want to get one but then I would have to rearrange my room and though that might be a good thing I just don't think it is going to happen..... oops all about me....
