Scary Wreath

~Scary Wreath ~
My version from 2002 and the one from The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland below(California). Every year since 2001 they have decorated the Haunted Mansion in Nightmare Before Christmas stuff. This is where we went for our honeymoon! I'm actually not sure if they decorated the Mansion since we've been over here but they did do it 2001, 2002, 2003 and we went each year. I really need to make mine better. At the time I just wanted to make one quick so I used card stock for the teeth and eyes. I just don't know what to use! Any suggestions?

Emily wearing the puppets Kelly got her at Ikea.

Ava wearing her new hair clip from one of our consignors at the shop.
Emily washing her hands in the "baby sink". Yes, that's a bidet but she doesn't know that. She just thinks it's the perfect height for her and sooo cool!

HA That is SOOO gross... where is that?!?
As for the teeth you could use icicle ordaments or paper mache them... I would probably paper mache... but that is just me!!!

I didn't realize it would be gross until I read your comment Jessica! This is the bathroom of an overerly clean person so I was absolutly not bothered by it. Also, they don't use it but the cat does lay in it:)

Maleah loved the bidet at my mom's house, too! Look mom, a little sink! ;) Your girls just get more and more beautiful every day! umm, for the wreath....I wonder. I'm not even gonna leave my ideas, because they're probably silly... Miss you mama!!!
Oh, and I LOVE your music you've got on here. "Scotty doesn't know!" hahaha.... great one

The teeth are fine. Maybe you could use some backing from the frame shop if you want them stiffer, or stuffed felt if you want them to have a soft look. The eyes need pupils.

I love Emily with the puppets! Has she figured out the theatre yet?

And the bidet.... oh who cares. The water coming out is clean!

I was just joking... I am sure you wouldn't of let her play in it unless it was clean... anyway those things just creep me out... sorry...didn't mean to make it sound like I thought you were a bad parent or anything...

CUTE!!!!!

All of it: the wreath (in a scary way of course), the little kiddies, the sock puppets and the little "mini sink"!

Don't worry Jessica, I said eewwwww to the bidet, too (before seeing Jenny's comments that it wasn't being used). But then my daughter loves to play in toilets. We try to remember to keep the door closed, but every now and then I find her in there splashing around. She figured out all on her own to use the scrubber and she was having fun scrubbing the toilet one day.

I like the ideas of making the teeth more substantial or 3 dimensional. Maybe for the eyes you could find something reflective. It's really cool the way it is though. I've never seen a scary wreath before.

I LOVE my wreath! I like the pa[er... but foam sheets could work, or the ornament idea... I just sat and watched ALL your new pictures too... Emily's so cute with the stuffed animals on her FEET! hahaha

That is hilarious. I love it. Kids are so creative, and they go with what works. They have no reservations like we do. We should all wash our hands in the bidet! : )

BYW, I love the new header image. See ya at the shop.
